Many of the items on this website are custom made to order by one person. I do not carry mass produced items and many items are not on the shelf ready to be shipped. You can expect a delivery time of two weeks to two months or more, depending on the type and number of products ordered. Most of the time, orders are filled within two weeks. If you have any concerns about the turnaround time of an order placed, please contact me before purchasing and I can give you a good idea of when your order will be shipped.
Please note that if you should decide to dispute your purchase with Paypal without contacting me first, I will respond but your items will not be shipped until you close the dispute. I do not get paid as long as there is a dispute open, and I will not ship any item unless and until it is paid for. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Times
Please note that most orders are filled within two weeks to two months or more depending on the product(s) ordered. Custom orders can take up to one to two months or longer, depending on the size and nature of the order. International orders and orders shipped to military bases often take longer. If you need your order sooner than that and it is not a custom order, or it is a custom order that does not require an extensive amount of time to create, you can pay a rush fee of $25.00 per item and your order will be shipped within two weeks. This is because everything is created by hand to order and there is no way to guarantee your items will ship faster, though they often do. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We do not provide refunds on any custom orders. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any product or service after payment or delivery, so please choose your products and services carefully. This applies whether you have changed your mind for any reason; your items cannot be returned to Creole Moon. Since there is no way of verifying what has happened to our products once they have left our possession, all products from Creole Moon cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded, or revised in any way.
This does not apply to items shipped in error. Please notify us within 72 business hours upon receipt. You may ship it back to us for a full exchange, providing it is returned to us unaltered. If it appears altered upon arrival, we will notify you of the reason it cannot be exchanged by email and the item will not be returned or exchanged. By purchasing Creole Moon services and/or products you agree to and accept these terms.
If the item is unaltered, we will priority ship your correct product out immediately at our expense. Again, customers have 72 business hours (3 business days) to notify us of the error. If we do not receive notification of the shipping error within this time frame we will not honor the exchange. To notify us of the error, you must email us with your product information and delivery date and we will priority ship your correct product out immediately at our expense.
We take extraordinary care in packing each order with plenty of secure shipping supplies (bubble wrap, heavy shipping boxes, peanuts, etc., and we have never received a complaint of any item arriving broken. In the event this has occurred, it has been the sole responsibility of the USPS for careless handling of your package; therefore, should anything break during shipping, you MUST FILE A CLAIM with the USPS. This means, you will have to take your package to your local post office for them to examine the damage they caused. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by the USPS and highly recommend you opt to pay the additional amount for insurance. This holds true for packages lost in transit. We ship to the address listed by the customer on their order. Once the package leaves our hands and after inspection by the USPS for secure shipping guidelines, it is no longer under our control and you must deal with the USPS. We are also not responsible for orders lost in the mail. Orders are only insured if delivered via Priority Mail service.
Consulting and Magickal Coaching Services
Absolutely no refunds will be granted for Consulting and Magickal Coaching services. I schedule specific times with our customers and it is the responsibility of the customer to be available at the agreed upon time. If you do not provide reasonable time for cancellation or rescheduling of your reading (within 24 hours) you will forfeit your appointment time. Whether or not your appointment is rescheduled is up to the discretion of Creole Moon and each situation is considered with respect to its specific circumstances. Simply changing your mind is not sufficient reason to receive a refund, so please be sure of your purchase before placing your order. Absolutely no refunds are given for Consulting and Magickal Coaching services. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Creole Moon, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.
Third Party Rights
The provisions of paragraphs Use of the Service and Indemnification are for the benefit of Creole Moon and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
Shipping Times
Please note that most orders are filled within two weeks to two months or more depending on the product(s) ordered. Custom orders can take up to one to two months or longer, depending on the size and nature of the order. International orders and orders shipped to military bases often take longer. If you need your order sooner than that and it is not a custom order, or it is a custom order that does not require an extensive amount of time to create, you can pay a rush fee of $25.00 per item and your order will be shipped within two weeks. This is because everything is created by hand to order and there is no way to guarantee your items will ship faster, though they often do. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We do not provide refunds on any custom orders. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any product or service after payment or delivery, so please choose your products and services carefully. This applies whether you have changed your mind for any reason; your items cannot be returned to Creole Moon. Since there is no way of verifying what has happened to our products once they have left our possession, all products from Creole Moon cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded, or revised in any way.
This does not apply to items shipped in error. Please notify us within 72 business hours upon receipt. You may ship it back to us for a full exchange, providing it is returned to us unaltered. If it appears altered upon arrival, we will notify you of the reason it cannot be exchanged by email and the item will not be returned or exchanged. By purchasing Creole Moon services and/or products you agree to and accept these terms.
If the item is unaltered, we will priority ship your correct product out immediately at our expense. Again, customers have 72 business hours (3 business days) to notify us of the error. If we do not receive notification of the shipping error within this time frame we will not honor the exchange. To notify us of the error, you must email us with your product information and delivery date and we will priority ship your correct product out immediately at our expense.
We take extraordinary care in packing each order with plenty of secure shipping supplies (bubble wrap, heavy shipping boxes, peanuts, etc., and we have never received a complaint of any item arriving broken. In the event this has occurred, it has been the sole responsibility of the USPS for careless handling of your package; therefore, should anything break during shipping, you MUST FILE A CLAIM with the USPS. This means, you will have to take your package to your local post office for them to examine the damage they caused. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by the USPS and highly recommend you opt to pay the additional amount for insurance. This holds true for packages lost in transit. We ship to the address listed by the customer on their order. Once the package leaves our hands and after inspection by the USPS for secure shipping guidelines, it is no longer under our control and you must deal with the USPS. We are also not responsible for orders lost in the mail. Orders are only insured if delivered via Priority Mail service.
Consulting and Magickal Coaching Services
Absolutely no refunds will be granted for Consulting and Magickal Coaching services. I schedule specific times with our customers and it is the responsibility of the customer to be available at the agreed upon time. If you do not provide reasonable time for cancellation or rescheduling of your reading (within 24 hours) you will forfeit your appointment time. Whether or not your appointment is rescheduled is up to the discretion of Creole Moon and each situation is considered with respect to its specific circumstances. Simply changing your mind is not sufficient reason to receive a refund, so please be sure of your purchase before placing your order. Absolutely no refunds are given for Consulting and Magickal Coaching services. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Creole Moon cannot guarantee the security of transmitting data through any servers or the World Wide Web; therefore, we cannot determine with absolute certainty the privacy of your transmissions, terminal, programs, or gateway when accessing our website and the contents contained therein. We do not consider any data to be private nor inaccessible when we are the recipient of digital transmissions.
General
This site is owned and maintained by Denise Alvarado located in Saint Johns, AZ in the United States of America and all parties are subject to the laws of the United States. If any dispute arises out of this agreement, then all parties agree that any dispute will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the State of Arizona and must be brought to a state or federal court within the State of Arizona. Any and all disputes must be brought to the agreed upon venues within the State of Arizona within one year of written notification of dispute. Further all parties agree that to access this site from outside the United States is done on your own behalf and you are responsible for compliance with United States local, state, or federal laws. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that best matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. By purchasing any product or services from the Creole Moon website or home location, you have agreed and accept the governing jurisdiction laws and validity of all disclaimers and policies contained within.
