where's my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 weeks, though unusually large orders can take up to 2 months or more. If your order is taking longer than expected, you may contact me through the Contact Form on this page.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number so that you may track your order.
Please note that international delivery is only guaranteed as far as the package can be tracked, usually to Customs in the recipient's country. Refunds cannot be given for items that arrive damaged to destinations outside the U.S., nor can items be replaced. Should you decide to refuse your order once it reaches your country and it is returned to us, no refunds will be given. If you change your mind after receiving your order, no refunds or replacements will be given. If your items arrive damaged, please file an insurance claim with the Post Office.
Please note that everything is custom made to order. Creole Moon is not a fast food type of spiritual supplies company, which simply means that while you may have to wait a minute to get your items, you can be assured they will be of the highest quality and that they are carefully crafted and made according to time-honored traditions. There may be slight variations in your products due to the handcrafted nature of spiritual supplies. If you need something quickly, you MUST specify that on your order and though I cannot guarantee it, I will do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
At any given time there will be 45 to 50 orders ahead of you. Unless it is specified in the product description, your item will be made and shipped in the order in which it was received.

If you have not heard back from me, please try sending an email from a different email address. In addition to my response, you will also receive emails confirming the receipt of your order from Weebly on behalf of Creole Moon, and an email confirming the shipment of your order from Weebly and Shippo on behalf of Creole Moon. Please check your spam folders if you have not received any notification and it has been beyond two weeks since you placed your order.
