Ambrosia Sachet Powder
Sachet powders are commonly used in hoodoo, conjure and rootwork. As hoodoo became commercialized, the focus expanded to the powder’s intent as well as its fragrance. These days, many of the fragrant powders are utilized as magickal perfumes. Certainly there are many that should not be used as perfumes at all due to the ingredients they contain as well as their intended purpose. One can do many things with sachet powders, such as blowing, sprinkling, dressing, wearing, or drawing diagrams with them. They can be thrown on the ground and used to create magickal boundaries across doorways or around ritual works. However, all powders can be used in spells, charms, mojo bags and gris gris, dressings letters, job applications, business cards, blends with other powders, dressing candles, and foot track magick.
Sachet powders are made in several different ways. Usually the ingredients are ground down to a fine powder or dust and often cut with rice flour or corn starch. Freshly crushed botanicals that are more coarsely ground will retain their fragrance longer than finely ground powders. Herbs are ground by hand using a mortar and pestle, or with a coffee grinder. Then the ingredients are blended together with focus and intent. The higher the quality of the ingredients used, the more effective the final product.
I use the highest quality ingredients to create my powders, dusts and herbal blends. Ingredients are either wild-crafted or home-grown, harvested fresh and blended according to the ancient art of apothecary. They are punctuated with hand-crafted magical oils and essential oils and are free of synthetics and baseless fillers.

Adam and Eve Fixed Conjure Candle
