Arizona Petrified Wood with Crystals
This is a beautiful raw specimen of crystallized Arizona petrified wood that is really sparkly in the sun. The amount of crystallization in it makes it a rare and special piece. It dates from the Triassic period, making it around 220 million years old! It comes from an ancient and extinct conifer tree called an Araucaria. It measures 3 inches long by 5 inches around. This glittery piece of petrified wood sits nicely on a tabletop for display or on an altar for its magickal properties.
From a metaphysical perspective, petrified wood possesses physical and spiritual healing properties that support the third eye (home of the far-eye in hoodoo) and the root chakra. I also find petrified wood to be useful with ancestral work due to its age.
