We have started soliciting reviews from customers about their purchases and these are beginning to be shown on the product pages. Reviews are also found on You Tube. Unfortunately due to a ridiculous amount of spam we have discontinued reviews on Facebook.

There are sites where people can file complaints about individuals and businesses, whether or not their complaints are legitimate. Many businesses, including my own have been hit with bogus complaints. These complaints cannot be removed even by the person who wrote the complaint so even if a situation is worked out between customer and store owner, the public never sees it. If any of my customers are ever dissatisfied, I will do my best to set things right. However, I can only do so if you speak to me directly and give me a chance to do so.
